The Elite Irish Experience
The adventure began on Friday, May 16, when Elite Trip qualifiers arrived at the breathtaking Dromoland Castle. After lunch at the superb Earl of Thurmond restaurant and a visit to a custom pop-up shop — where attendees received a curated collection of Irish gifts — these top agents gathered for an elegant welcome reception filled with music, mingling, and delicious hors d'oeuvres.
The next day featured lunch at the luxurious Fig Tree Restaurant in Dromoland Castle and an awe-inspiring visit to the famous Cliffs of Moher. After a breathtaking view towering over the Atlantic Ocean, they toured the historic Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, experiencing a glimpse into centuries of Irish rural life, complete with thatched cottages, winding paths, and castle towers. Here, qualifiers enjoyed an Irish coffee-making lesson and tried their hands at traditional bodhráns, a large frame drum with deep roots in Irish history. The day concluded with dinner at Durty Nelly’s, followed by a lively night of song and dance back at Dromoland featuring the Irish band Cailinilua.
On Sunday morning, the Elite group received a grand send-off as they left to join the rest of the Main Trip qualifiers by train, escorted from the castle grounds by a leader on horseback and 15 hounds — a proper farewell to a regal retreat.
Dublin Welcomes the Main Trip Qualifiers
The Main Trip began Sunday afternoon as the rest of the agents arrived in Dublin and joined the Elite group. Guests first enjoyed a walking tour of the city before coming together for a welcome reception and dinner.
Monday brought the conference’s business centerpiece: the FFS Business Meeting. First-time qualifiers were recognized and celebrated, while carrier partners each shared updates and the Home Office leaders presented brief operational highlights. Everyone donned the official DDC25 hoodie for a large group photo and team shots, creating a sea of green that symbolized unity and ambition.
Adventure Awaits: Ireland’s Best in a Day
Tuesday’s Irish excursions gave attendees a chance to explore the rich history and natural beauty of Ireland. Guests chose from three curated adventures:
Wicklow Wonders showcased the majestic Powerscourt Estate and tranquil Glendalough monastic site, with stops for pub fare along the way.
Coast and Castle offered a scenic walk near Dublin Bay, an intimate tour of Malahide Castle, and a seafood lunch in the fishing village of Howth.
Discover Kilkenny took guests to one of Ireland’s most storied medieval cities, including a tour of Kilkenny Castle and an animated stroll down the Medieval Mile.
The exciting day ended with dinner on their own, giving attendees a chance to connect over a meal with their teams and guests, deepening the camaraderie and collaboration that defines their work as FFS leaders.
Celebration at the Guinness Storehouse
On Wednesday, May 21, qualifiers attended morning breakout sessions with our carrier partners, then enjoyed free time before heading to the iconic Guinness Storehouse for a spectacular send-off.
The evening began with booming drumbeats and continued with personalized beer-pouring lessons, where many earned their official certificates for learning to pour the perfect pint of Guinness. Irish dancers and musicians filled the night with joy and rhythm, and the private bar — with its 360° view of Dublin — set the perfect scene for a farewell toast.
The Emerald Isle Casts its Spell
From Dromoland to Dublin, ancient castles to marvelous coastlines, this year’s Dream Destination Conference brought together everything that makes our hard-working leaders so special: excellence, connection, dedication, and vision.
FFS agents left the Emerald Isle feeling inspired, not only by Ireland’s timeless beauty but also by the communities they’ve built up together and their common mission to assure that all people can achieve financial security and peace of mind.
