DDC26 • Four Seasons Resort • Puerto Rico
General Travel Information
I have received an invitation to Dream Destination Conference 2026. What do I do next?
Congratulations! Complete your registration for yourself and your guest(s), if you have not already. Use the link provided in your invitation email to access the DDC26 Official Registration site and fill out the required details.
Is Puerto Rico part of the United States?
Yes. Puerto Rico is a U.S. Territory, which makes travel simpler than visiting a foreign country.
Do I need a passport?
-
U.S. citizens: No passport required. Travel is considered domestic—bring a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport if preferred).
-
Non-U.S. citizens: Follow the entry requirements that apply to the United States. Non-U.S. citizens flying between the U.S. mainland and Puerto Rico (a U.S. territory) generally do not pass through formal immigration, but they must carry a valid passport and proof of legal status (e.g., green card, valid visa, or I-94).
Flights & Arrival
Do I need to make my own flight arrangement?
No. Unless otherwise indicated, our travel company (Altour) will be contacting you shortly to arrange flights for you and your guest. They will use the information you supplied in your registration to secure your flights. The flight itinerary will be sent to the email you listed in the registration process.
IMPORTANT: Once you receive the itinerary, you must review it carefully to ensure all information is correct, then reply to the travel company with your approval. Only then will your flights be booked.
Which airport do we fly into?
Most travelers will arrive at:
Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU)
Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico
Distance to Four Seasons: approx. 50–60 minutes by car depending on traffic.
How much luggage am I allowed?
Check with your airline’s website for specific information on baggage allowance, costs, carry-on policies and restrictions. You are responsible for any checked bag fees or additional charges (e.g., bags over the weight limit, extra bags, etc.). These fees are not reimbursable by FFS.
Transportation
From and to the airport
Transportation to and from the airport will be arranged for you.
Getting around
The resort is somewhat secluded; consider:

This allows you the flexibility to indulge exactly how you’d like — whether that’s a sunset cocktail, a spa afternoon, or a spontaneous oceanfront dinner.
All major credit cards are accepted, and charges can be conveniently billed to your room throughout your stay.
If you have questions about what is specifically included in your hosted experience, please refer to your itinerary or contact the trip coordinator.
